Recently,mega show was held at the HongKong convention and exhibition center in Oct 20th 2023.Hundreds of companies from different country participated,and more than 10,000 professional buyers gathered together.Our company,the shenzhen union smart card co.,ltd.,was very honored to attend this show.
At this four-day exhibition,we exhibited our products,such as RFID cards,fingerprint cards,wooden cards,PLA cards（eco-friendly）and so on,to different countries’buyers.The topic of our show is sustainable，and eco-friendly is always our company’s business philosophy,too.As the chairman Xi said,mountains and rivers green are mountains of silver and gold.We hope we can convey the business philosophy to the world,So we develop bambo,wood,PLA,PET,PETG,R-PVC and other environmentally friendly materials of the new card.Environmental protection is a concern of everyone now,and because of this,most buyers in the exhibition are interested in our products,they wondered the technics and applications of our products,and we enthusiastically introduced to them.

Smart cards made of bamboo or wood are both beautiful and fully reflect the admiration of nature.It is refined through special processing and is light, elegant and delicate. It also faintly exudes the smell of pure natural wood, giving people a pleasing feeling.Smart bamboo cards can be made into magnetic cards, chip cards,, barcode cards, etc.
The PLA card is make of special PLA corn material.It has the following characteristics:
①A product made of PLA card-based material, 100% biodegradable, with a degradation rate of more than 90% under industrial composting in 180 days;
②100% recyclable throughout the life cycle；
③Energy conservation and carbon reduction, carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by 60%, and non-renewable energy consumption can be reduced by 50%;
④Lower VOC, the material matrix does not emit formaldehyde, benzene, toluene and other toxic and harmful gases；
PLA is biodegradable, therefore it will be a better choice to replace PVC for making smart cards！
Not only that,but we also exhibited our patents, the OEM/ODM Cold Laminating Technology、the LED light card and the shielding card.（patent number：ZL 2021 1 0524934.5）
The Cold laminating card adopts low temperature lamination technology (cold lamination technology). It breaks the limitations of traditional hot pressing and can embed circuit board PCB, visual screen, thin battery, LED light, Bluetooth iBEACON module, fingerprint module, blockchain, switch and other components into the card for packaging. The thickness of the cold laminating card is Between 0.8-1.8mm.The Cold laminating card sealing process can effectively solve the shortcomings of many traditional small electronic products such as Bluetooth IBEACON, electronic paper, etc., which are not beautiful in appearance, inconvenient to carry, and have many restrictions on use.
The LED light card is one kind of illuminated smart card with multi-application functionality.The radio frequency luminous card lights up as soon as you swipe it. Swipe your card to light up and show your distinguished status!
The shielding card is a smart anti-theft card specially designed to shield wireless signals from high-frequency (13.56MHz) smart cards(such as payment cards,membership cards,etc.) to prevent card scams from being stolen by criminals.
